The 2025 Cooperation Call of the Creative Europe program opened on December 10, 2024! This call of the Culture strand is open to Kosovar actors from the cultural and creative sectors. You have until May 13, 2025, to submit your project.
What is the Cooperation Call?
The Cooperation Call is a project call from the Culture strand of the Creative Europe program, aimed at supporting projects that promote the creation and circulation of works and artists in Europe, as well as innovative approaches, all within the cultural and creative sectors.
What are “cultural and creative sectors”? These sectors cover all fields of art and creation (music, heritage, architecture, design, fashion, literature, performing arts, visual arts, etc.).
What are the objectives?
The call aims to achieve several objectives, including:
- Strengthening capacities: enhancing the skills of cultural and artistic stakeholders, developing micro-cultural and creative organizations
- Strengthening social inclusion and intercultural dialogue
- Sharing resources and facilitating the transnational distribution of content and the circulation of artists and their works
- Strengthening civic engagement and active citizenship (for example, with vulnerable audiences or in specific territories)
- Experimenting with new practices or models, spreading innovative and resilient practices
The Creative Europe program contributes to the green and digital transitions, and to strengthening social and economic resilience. Projects must therefore integrate these dimensions while promoting transnational cooperation.
What’s new in the 2025 call
There are no longer any thematic priorities, but you must choose one strategic objective from the following:
- Transnational creation and circulation
- Innovation
The challenges and priorities of the previous calls must be integrated into the consortium and the project drafting. The Cooperation call particularly supports projects focused on developing audiences, social inclusion, sustainability, digital aspects, international dimension, or supporting the Ukrainian cultural and creative sectors.
Who can apply?

Who should you collaborate with?
